Applying for PR in the UK Step-by-Step Process

Step-1: Getting Admission to a UK University

The first step is to choose the right course. There are many different institutions and programs to choose from, so it is important to do your research and select a course that aligns with your interests and career goals. Once you have chosen a course, you will need to submit an application. This will typically include your academic transcripts, a personal statement or SOP, and letters of recommendation. The admissions committee will review your application and decide whether or not to offer you a place at the university. If you are successful, you will then need to obtain a student visa in order to study in the UK.

Step-2: Applying for the UK Student Visa

You can apply online for the PSW. And you will get the decision within 8 weeks.

N.B. The PSW or Graduate Visa can’t be extended. That’s why you need to switch another visa, for example, a skilled worker visa.

  • You have to live or work in the UK for 5 years.
