Launched by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program enables French universities to attract high-achieving international students for master’s and PhD programs. The scholarship is designed to provide opportunities for future foreign decision-makers both in the private and public sectors. The program is open to candidates up to 29 years old for master’s and up to 35 years old for PhD level. Master’s candidates will receive €1,200(as of January) per month, in addition to certain direct services, while PhD recipients will be granted €2,100 (as of January 2026) per month, as well as additional benefits.
